Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026 · Effective immediately

Important: PalletPort is a logistics marketplace and technology platform. PalletPort is not a licensed real estate broker, agent, property manager, or leasing representative. All listing information, pricing, negotiations, agreements, and transactions are handled directly between users.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PalletPort ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our") at palletport.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. What PalletPort Is

PalletPort is a technology platform that connects warehouse owners and operators ("Owners") with businesses seeking pallet and bay storage ("Renters"). PalletPort provides the marketplace infrastructure — including listing tools, search, messaging, and payment processing — but does not own, operate, manage, or control any warehouse listed on the Platform.

PalletPort is not a party to any storage agreement between Owners and Renters. All storage arrangements, access terms, and operational matters are governed solely by the agreement between the Owner and Renter.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to list or book storage space. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter contracts in your jurisdiction.

4. Owners: Listing Your Space

As an Owner, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal right to list and rent the space
  • All listing information is accurate and not misleading
  • Your facility complies with all applicable laws, zoning, and insurance requirements
  • You will maintain the space in a safe and operable condition
  • You will respond to booking requests in a timely manner

PalletPort reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is inappropriate for the Platform.

5. Renters: Booking Storage Space

As a Renter, you agree to:

  • Use storage space only for lawful purposes
  • Not store prohibited items including hazardous materials (unless explicitly permitted by the Owner)
  • Follow all facility rules set by the Owner
  • Pay all fees as agreed at the time of booking
  • Vacate the space at the end of your rental period

6. Platform Fees

PalletPort charges platform fees on transactions processed through the Platform. Current fee rates are displayed during the listing and booking process and are subject to change. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Transaction fees

A percentage fee is deducted from each storage booking payout to the warehouse Owner. The current rate is displayed in the listing flow and on the Owner dashboard.

Advertising subscriptions

Property managers and brokers who list full warehouse facilities on PalletPort pay a flat monthly advertising fee. This fee covers listing visibility and is not a commission on any lease or transaction. Advertising subscriptions renew monthly and may be cancelled at any time. PalletPort does not earn a commission on leases, negotiations, or agreements made between property managers and tenants — the advertising fee is the sole charge.

7. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. By using the Platform, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. PalletPort does not store your full payment card information. Payouts to Owners are processed according to Stripe's standard payout schedule, minus applicable platform fees.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies are set by individual Owners and displayed on each listing. PalletPort's platform fees are generally non-refundable. In cases of dispute, PalletPort may mediate but is not obligated to issue refunds.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use PalletPort to:

  • Store illegal goods or contraband
  • Circumvent platform fees by transacting off-platform
  • Post false or misleading listing information
  • Harass or harm other users
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

10. Limitation of Liability

PalletPort provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for: loss or damage to stored goods; disputes between Owners and Renters; facility closures or access issues; errors in listing information; or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the fees paid by you to PalletPort in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Insurance

PalletPort does not provide insurance for stored goods. Renters are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate cargo or goods-in-storage insurance. Owners are responsible for maintaining appropriate facility liability insurance.

12. Intellectual Property

The PalletPort name, logo, and Platform are owned by PalletPort. You may not use our branding without written permission. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant PalletPort a license to display it on the Platform.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Outstanding obligations survive termination.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
